MONROE, Mich., May 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of La-Z-Boy Incorporated (NYSE: LZB; PCX) today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.12 per share, a 9% increase over the $0.11 per share dividend paid in the previous quarter. The dividend is payable June 9, 2006 to shareholders of record as of May 29, 2006.
