La-Z-Boy Announces Divisional Reporting Change

MONROE, Mich., June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- La-Z-Boy Incorporated (NYSE: LZB) announced today that its HickoryMark upholstery division will now be reporting to the executive committee of La-Z-Boy's England, Inc. upholstery division, in order to strengthen HickoryMark's logistical operations and customer support functions.

Jerry Kiser, La-Z-Boy Incorporated's president and chief operating officer, noted that the HickoryMark upholstery business has been on a very positive growth track for the past year and said, "We have known for some time that logistics would have to be addressed in order to support continued volume gains and customer service improvements at HickoryMark.
