Item 8.01. Other Events.

The Continued Dumping and Subsidy Act of 2000 (“CDSOA”) provides for the distribution of monies collected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection from anti-dumping cases to domestic producers that supported the anti-dumping petition. During December 2008, we expect to receive CDSOA distributions and related settlement payments, net of related fees, in the amount of $8.1 million, a portion of which has already been collected, in connection with the case involving wooden bedroom furniture imported from China. These distributions will be recorded as a component of other income in our third quarter of fiscal 2009 Form 10-Q.
